About The Festival

The Slovak Film Festival Los Angeles celebrates Slovak cinema, culture, and creative excellence while fostering meaningful connections between Slovakia and the global entertainment industry.

Following its inaugural edition on September 1, 2026, the festival continues its mission of bringing Slovak filmmakers, artists, and stories to audiences in one of the world’s most influential entertainment capitals.

Through screenings, networking opportunities, and cultural exchange, the Slovak Film Festival Los Angeles provides a platform for Slovak talent to reach international audiences, build new connections, and showcase the richness of Slovak storytelling on a global stage.
